Is your front desk staffed 24 hours per day? Our front desk is not staffed 24 hours per day. We have 24 hour assistance at our sister property Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center. Any check-ins, phone calls or questions will be automatically directed to Arrowwood by calling the front desk from your condo or calling our direct phone number. We have a Manager on Duty 24/7 for any issues or emergency situations.
How many ‘Boji Splash passes come with a condo? Each of our condo rental options includes a set number of complimentary passes to ‘Boji Splash:
Double Queen Guestrooms & 1 Bedroom/ King Suites include 2 complimentary passes.
2 Bedroom Condos include 4 complimentary passes.
3 Bedroom Condos include 6 complimentary passes.
Passes are exchanged inside of ‘Boji Splash for wristbands that are good through your entire stay.
Are ‘Boji Splash Passes required for the outdoor pool? Yes, all guests are required to have a wristband for both the Indoor Waterpark as well as the Outdoor Pool.
Is housekeeping available for our condo? Unlike many condominiums, Bridges Bay has available housekeeping service any day of your stay. We try to give our guests the most flexibility without sacrificing convenience by offering it as an optional amenity instead of a mandatory charge at check-out. The fees associated with our housekeeping service are as follows:
Double Queen Guestrooms & 1 Bedroom/ King Suites are $10/ day.
2 Bedroom Condos are $20/ day.
3 Bedroom Condos are $25/ day.
A complimentary refresh is available to any condo guests staying 3 nights or more. This includes refreshing in room amenities, removal of trash, vacuuming the floor & making the bed. You can always exchange towels & in room amenities through our front desk free of charge.
What are your check-in & check-out times? Our resort features a 4:00 p.m. check-in time and an 11:00 a.m. check-out time. Early check-in/ late check-out can be requested but due to high volume during Okoboji’s summer season, many times it is not possible.
Is your resort pet-friendly? Bridges Bay Resort is proud to be pet-friendly. We allow cats & dogs and simply ask for a few parameters to be followed:
You must sign our Pet Policies upon check-in.
All pets must be kenneled if left unattended inside your condo.
Any damage or additional cleaning will be the responsibility of the condo renter.
Any noise complaints as a result of a pet will be handled by management with the condo renter.
Pets are not allowed inside of ‘Boji Splash or the outdoor pool.
Service animals are excluded from our pet policy but require documentation upon arrival.
