Is your front desk staffed 24 hours per day? Yes, the front desk in the Trestle Bridge Building is staffed 24-hours a day all year.

How many ‘Boji Splash passes come with a condo? Each of our condo rental options includes a set number of complimentary passes to ‘Boji Splash:

Double Queen Guestrooms & 1 Bedroom/ King Suites include 2 complimentary passes.

2 Bedroom Condos include 4 complimentary passes.

3 Bedroom Condos include 6 complimentary passes.

Passes are exchanged inside of ‘Boji Splash for wristbands that are good through your entire stay.  All persons entering the waterpark & outdoor pool require a wristband from the entry desk.  Admission rates are available for those adults observing and not swimming.   

Are ‘Boji Splash Passes required for the outdoor pool? Yes, all guests are required to have a wristband for both the Indoor Waterpark as well as the Outdoor Pool.

Is housekeeping available for our condo? Unlike many condominiums where daily service is not available, our friendly housekeeping team will provide limited housekeeping service to your unit daily unless your Do Not Disturb sign is displayed.  Our complimentary limited housekeeping service includes fresh towel exchange, removal of trash that has been placed in waste receptacles or in sealed trash bags, and remaking of beds with existing linen.  Towel exchange is always available 24-hours a day at the front desk.  For those guests not in the Trestle Bridge Building (hotel condo building), please consult your applicable property manager about housekeeping services.

What are your check-in & check-out times? Our resort features a 4:00 p.m. check-in time and an 11:00 a.m. check-out time. Early check-in/ late check-out can be requested but due to high volume during Okoboji’s summer season, many times it is not possible.  If your unit/room is clean and ready upon your early arrival, we will happily check you in; however, for the comfort and consideration of all guests, in no way are guarantees made or assumed.

Is your resort pet-friendly? Bridges Bay Resort is proud to be pet-friendly. We allow cats & dogs and simply ask for a few parameters to be followed:

You must sign our Pet Policies upon check-in.

One pet per reservation is permitted, regardless of the size of room/condo reserved.

Your pet must be kenneled if left unattended inside your room/condo.

Any damage or additional cleaning will be the financial responsibility of the room/condo renter.

Any noise complaints as a result of a pet will be handled by management with the room/condo renter.

Pets are not allowed inside of ‘Boji Splash or the outdoor pool area.

Service animals are excluded from our pet policy but require documentation upon arrival.  No animals, including service animals, are permitted within the pools.
