Our resort has luxurious accommodations on East Okoboji Lake, including condo suites with full kitchens and hotel-style condo rooms—all with patios or decks. These are individually-owned units that you can rent just like you would book a hotel room, so you can stay as long as you like.

Hotel Condo Suites
Get everything you need for a comfortable stay on the lake. Our condo suites have a king bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa sleeper, and a private deck or patio. Add adjoining condo rooms to sleep up to 12 people.
Hotel-Style Condo Rooms
Retreat to a room that promotes relaxation after a long day of activities on the lake. Our condo rooms feature two queen beds, a private deck or patio, and amenities to make your stay comfortable.

Reserve space for your entire group. Whether you’re coming for a family reunion or a corporate retreat, we have large condo suites so everyone can stay in one location. We can also help you reserve a block of rooms.
Things to note when planning your stay
If the waterpark is open, you’ll receive an allotted number of passes when you arrive.
When you check in, you’ll receive two free waterpark passes per bedroom (up to six free with condo suite rental with two adjoining condo rooms) that are good for your entire stay.
Waterpark hours vary, so check our schedule before you book.
In the summer, our waterpark is open most days. In the fall, winter, and spring, our waterpark is mostly open on weekends only. Check our waterpark schedule before booking your stay.
Check-in and check-out times vary by season.
Check-in is at 5 p.m. in summer and 4 p.m. during the off season. Check-out is at 11 a.m. You may request early check-in and late check-out. However, due to high volume in the summer, this may not always be possible. If your room or condo suite is ready early, we will happily check you into your room. Please note that for the consideration of all guests, this is in no way a guarantee or assumed privilege.
You can bring your dog or cat if you agree to our pet policy.
Bridges Bay Resort welcomes both cats and dogs. We simply ask that you observe a few of our policies:
You must sign our pet policies when checking in.
Your animal cannot exceed 50 lbs.
We only allow one pet per reservation, regardless of the size of room or condo suite reserved.
Your pet must be kenneled if left unattended inside your room/condo.
Any damage or additional cleaning will be your financial responsibility.
Any noise complaints as a result of a pet will be handled by management with the room/condo renter.
Pets are not allowed inside of ‘Boji Splash or the outdoor pool area.
Animals not in compliance with the above guidelines will be required to leave the building, but contact information for nearby "pet hotels" and boarding facilities will be provided. Service animals are excluded from our pet policy but require documentation upon arrival. No animals, including service animals, are permitted within the pools.
You can enjoy limited daily housekeeping during your stay.
Our daily housekeeping includes fresh towel exchange, trash removal, and bed making. If you need additional towels at any other time, the front desk is happy to provide them to you.
Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day for your convenience.
The desk is in the main Bridges Bay Resort building, the Trestle Bridge Building.
We recommend you read our cancellation policy before you book.
In-Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) we have a 14-day cancellation policy for all non-prepaid rate plans. Off-Season (Labor Day to Memorial Day) we have a 3-day cancellation policy for all non-prepaid rate plans during Friday and Saturday nights. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all non-prepaid rate plans Sunday through Thursday nights. Cancellations not within the cancellation window and no-shows will result in full charges for the reserved length of stay. Reservations booked online must be cancelled online. All other reservations must be cancelled through the Bridges Bay front desk by calling 712-332-2202.
You will need to provide a credit card for your stay.
You may pay cash at check-in, but we place a $300 pre-authorization hold on your credit card at check-in for unexpected charges and damages. Please allow 10-15 business days for this pre-authorization hold to be removed.
