Bridges Bay Resort is committed to supporting & giving back to our communities where our customers and employees live, work & play.

Each year, our company allocates a budget for charitable giving. Because we receive numerous donation requests each year, we must fairly evaluate each request as to not exceed our financial capabilities.

Review our guidelines to make sure your request fits within our parameters.

  • Submit your request no less than 30 days prior to the event date.  
  • All requests must be done online.  
  • Donation requests via mail, telephone or email will no longer be accepted.
  • Any request could be denied if the online form is not completely filled out.  
  • Submit only one request per calendar year.

  • Organizations that discriminate based on race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, national origin, disability, veteran status, political affiliation, pregnancy, union membership or other legally protected status, except as permitted by law
  • Individuals fundraising for personal assistance such as pageants, contests, travel, reunions, mission trips, competitions, scholarships
  • Organizations looking for incentives or appreciation events
  • Organizations looking for door prizes to give away
  • Government entities
  • Organizations requesting cash donations
