Condos on East Lake Okoboji
If you plan on spending more time in your room or are hosting a group, our hotel condo suites have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each of our condos has one main suite in the center with a kitchen and king bedroom. You also have the option to rent up to two adjoining hotel-style guestrooms to accommodate up to 12 people in the same suite. Things to note when planning your stay such as check-in/check-out times, etc.
Trestle Condo Suite Options
This is our main hotel building connected to the indoor waterpark.
1 Bedroom Condo Suite
Stay in a fully furnished 1-bedroom condo suite complete with a king-size bed, full kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room with pullout couch, and private deck. This option comes with 2 free passes to Boji Splash Waterpark.
2 Bedroom Condo Suite
Our 2-bedroom condo suite has the same amenities as our 1-bedroom option with an additional adjoining hotel-style guestroom that has a bathroom and 2 queen beds. You can sleep up to 8 people with the sofa sleeper. This option comes with 4 free passes to Boji Splash Waterpark.
3 Bedroom Condo Suite
Add two adjoining hotel-style condo rooms, each with its own bathroom and two queen beds, for a 3-bedroom condo that can sleep up to 12 people if you utilize the sofa sleeper. This option comes with 6 free passes to Boji Splash Waterpark.
Summerlake Condo Suite Options
This is our secondary hotel building. It is NOT attached to Trestle or the waterpark. It's about 250 ft. across the parking lot from the Trestle building.
1 Bedroom Condo Suite
Stay in a fully furnished 1-bedroom condo suite complete with a king-size bed, full kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room with pullout couch, and private balcony. This option sleeps 4-5 and comes with 2 free passes to Boji Splash Waterpark.
2 Bedroom Condo Suite
Stay in a fully furnished 2-bedroom condo suite complete with two king-size beds, full kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room with pullout couch, and private balcony. This option sleeps 7 and comes with 4 free passes to Boji Splash Waterpark.
3 Bedroom Condo Suite
Stay in a fully furnished 3-bedroom condo suite complete with two king-size beds, one queen with full loft style bed, full kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room with pullout couch, and private balcony. This option sleeps 11 and comes with 6 free passes to Boji Splash Waterpark.
4 Bedroom Condo Suite
Stay in a fully furnished 4-bedroom condo suite complete with three king-size beds, one queen with full loft style bed, full kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room with pullout couch, and private balcony. This option sleeps 13 and comes with 8 free passes to Boji Splash Waterpark.
